Nourishing Intellect and Creativity Through Music

Here at Treble Training, we provide you with music lessons and resources to help your students discover their musical abilities by exploring, playing, asking questions, and creating. These music lessons nurture both hemispheres of the brain- the left (analytical), and the right (creative), with the goal of developing each chid’s unique ability to create music.

It all starts when we start listening, the music that can be found even in a heart beat, it’s here we can begin to learn the language of music.

About Allison Huntley

When I began taking piano lessons as a kid, reading music was hard with my learning challenges

I wanted to play music, but traditional lessons created a disconnect with enjoying music and learning how to read the musical language. Now, as a music teacher myself, I relate my students and the struggles they have when learning a musical instrument. With 8 years in the music education profession, I’ve created learning resources that help my students understand and learn the language of music. By using creative, easy-to-remember tools, I reinforce concepts such as; reading music, counting rhythm, understanding musical terms, and writing music. Ultimately, my goal is to help each student enjoy the art of making music, while giving educators the resources to support their students.

“My kids are both progressing much faster than I expected, they are inspired to practice on their own and to share their gifts with the world.”
